Robert Pattinson might have captured the hearts and imagination of half of the world’s population but he is still a small fish once the stalwarts come in to the picture.
In a recently conducted poll for finding the sexiest screen vampire, Pattinson has not taken the top spot in the survey as is expected but rather the British actors lags behind at third place with David Boreanaz who plays Angel in the Buffy and Angel series becoming the sexiest screen vampire to date.
David Boreanaz topped the poll (12 per cent), with Brad Pitt as Louis de Pointe du Lac in Interview with a Vampire (11 per cent) coming in second, followed by Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen in the Twilight series in third (10 per cent).
The survey conducted by YouGov commissioned by Cancer Research UK’s SunSmart campaign, included more than 1000 women participants and also shows that you don’t have to be tanned to be sexy.
